News
- New house: Babette and I have bought a house in Oosterhout where she lives, close to Roosendaal for my new job. The address is Waterkerslaan 11.
- New job: Starting the 1st of November I shall leave DAF Trucks and start working as a Sr. Logistics Engineer at Penske Logistics in Roosendaal. Here I will manage projects in Logistics Engineering for external customers throughout Europe. The MDI job at DAF was not the kind of work I was looking and did not meet my expectations.

- Finally: My first Black Belt project closure document has been approved. 1,3 M euro saving. Two more projects to write down.
- Starting the 1st of June 2007 I changed jobs within DAF from Quality Engineer to MDI (Managed Dealer Inventory) Analyst for Spain and Portugal per 1st of June 2007. It's great to be able to practice the Spanish language again.
- Black Belt training completed with a 99 percent score on the final exam.
- Proclaimed "Six Sigma Tiger" of the Black Belt class
- 3rd training: Six Sigma class "catapult champion" through Design of Experiments
- Selected to attend Six Sigma Black Belt training in the USA together with Edward Blom.
Planned stuff and experiences
- 13th of October, Pim's Birthday party. It was good to see the people at the party again.
- 19th of October, Jorren's House Warming Party. Strange to see him have a brand new apartment in the middle of the street where we lived as students.
- 1st of November, starting new job at Penske Logistics
- 16th of November, Ardennen Survival Weekend!!!!!!
